Refund Policy

Although your jewelry will resemble the photos, each piece is handmade, so no two will be identical.

Please also keep in mind, variations in color can occur naturally, from photography, and monitor display settings.

Purchases damaged during shipping will be reviewed for repair/exchange only if contacted within three days of receipt.  

 

If you aren't 100% satisfied we will work with you on a resolution, however no cash refunds will be issued.  Please email us at cindy@fatcatjewelry.net.

If you purchased Fat Cat Jewelry at one of our retail locations, please refer to the original store of purchase for their specific return/refund policy.
