Subscription Frequently Asked Questions

Fat Cat Jewelry's Monthly Earring Club is a monthly subscription featuring 2-3 earrings delivered to you every month! We hand make and curate each month's collection and some of the selections you will recieve aren't available in stores or online. This is a recurring subscription and you will be billed each month until cancelled. Purchase before the 27th of each month and your subscription will be mailed the 1st-5th of the following month. Shipping available only within the Continental US.

It's a surprise every month! Consider it a gift from you to you, except hand selected by us. We will, however, give you a hint or two each month before subscriptions are mailed. It will always be at least 2 pair of earrings, with a little bonus every now and then. Most of the designs will be exclusive to our subscribers and not sold online or in stores. Our earrings will always be made with nickel free brass ear wires and posts.

We can't accept returns or offer refunds on your subscription or merchandise received unless it is damaged. If that is the case, please email us at cindy@fatcatjewelry so we can take care of you. Each piece is hand selected keeping in mind the seasons and current trends. Should you recieve a piece that is not quite your style, we suggest gifting it to someone who would enjoy it. In fact, our Subscription Club is a great way to obtain gifts for your friends and family at a reasonable cost!

Yes, absolutely! We pride ourselves in making cancellations simple. We realize there are numerous reasons you may need to cancel your subscritpion. Send an email to cindy@fatcatjewelry (mailto:cindy@fatcatjewelry.net?subject=Cancel my subscription)at least two days prior to your billing date and we'll take care of the rest. Simple, right?
